Honda Other description

You are bidding on an unmolested, never messed with, 1969 Honda S90, this motorcycle has its original candy red paint and is ready to ride as soon as you get it delivered to your destination.  It has less than 2900 original miles on it, with all original cables, turn signals, and chrome fenders, the original rare front fender still sports the factory, amber, reflector that was offered only on the 1968 and 1969 S90.  It starts on the first or second kick, and runs great.  The inside of the gas tank is excellent, (see photo),  and has never been creamed.  New tires were installed last year, and have less than 200 miles  on them.  The tool box under the seat is intact  with a few or the original Honda tools.  All electrics work as they should, lights, horn, and turn signals. The few minor issues are a small tear in the seat, (see photo), and the gas tank has a minor dent and paint marks, (see photo), the petcock had a leak, so a manual turn off was installed and works great, the front fork rubbers have minor tears.  The bike shifts and stops as it should. The rear license plate and license plate frame are not included in the sale.  As I said before, this bike is ready to enjoy, nothing to do to it except turn the key and enjoy "meeting the nicest people on a Honda".  You are bidding on the motorcycle in the photos in as is condition without any warranty implied.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and pick up arrangements. Enjoy!

Two-time MotoGP World Champion Casey Stoner has announced he will retire following the end of the 2012 season. Rumors of Stoner’s impending retirement plans have been floating around for weeks with the 26-year-old Repsol Honda racer saying he will continue racing until he no longer enjoyed it. That seems to be the case now as the 2007 and 2011 MotoGP Champion announced he will retire at a press conference ahead of this weekend’s French Grand Prix at Le Mans.

We’re big fans of the Honda Grom, not just because of the grin-inducing experience it offers but also for its potential for customization. Just look at the RC-X Mini Vintage Racer for an example of the Grom’s ability to transform. MORE: Top 10 Modified Honda Groms It’s no surprise then that Honda would present some more special Groms for the upcoming Tokyo Auto Salon, an annual showcase for automotive performance and customization similar to the SEMA show here in the U.S.

Pedrosa, Marquez, Bradl Talk About Racing, Motorcycles, And Each Other

Fri, 05 Apr 2013

In order to use footage from a Dorna-sanctioned MotoGP test session — say, for marketing or promotional reasons — a team must receive approval from Dorna. The process is tedious, and even if permission is granted, there are strict limitations as to what the material may or may not be used for. So when Honda decided to conduct its own private test (which Yamaha also joined), at the Circuit of the Americas, it was free from any and all Dorna mandates.
