This is a very clean 1997 Yamaha Virago XV750. It has a few nicks and scratches here and there but cleans up very well. I have recently installed a new stator and battery and both are performing well after riding it for a while.

The left side crank case cover gasket needs replacement (leaks oil) , the gasket it needs sells for less then $10 on e-bay and is a fairly easy fix. The battery may need replaced as well.

For Sale is a 1982 Yamaha Virago 920cc shaft drive motorcycle. It is black and has 14600 miles on it. The motorcycle is in good physical condition and has always been stored inside. I have not road it in 3 years except to make sure it runs every year. It does run but needs some carb adjusting before it will run the way you want for everyday driving. I Own this bike for 2 years, I'm not much of a rider so need less to say it have Benn setting on my garage almost the entire time. I'm the 4 owner of this bike with had been owned by older person her entire life , I have the gasket of the clutch replace and oil chance but some how after that is hard to switch 2nd, and third gear I dint have this issues before I decide to change the oil , the clutch gasket need to be replace because some how the person who did my oil change make a mistake and punch the gasket , the screws for the front brake master cylinder are strip that will have to be replace in order to refill fluid. still ride strong , have a antique tag . I asking 600.00 dollars but the reserve price is low, I'm wiling to negotiate .

Yamaha has retained Olivier Pain and Michael Metge to race for its official factory team in the 2015 Dakar Rally. Pain and Metge will ride a new WR450F Rally currently being developed for the 2015 rally. Both riders raced for the Yamaha team in this year’s rally; Pain finished third overall behind KTM Red Bull team’s Marc Coma and Jordi Viladoms while Metge rode as a support rider for fourth-place finisher Cyril Despres.

New AMA Pro SuperBike Final Qualifying Procedure To Be Implemented At Road America

2015 Yamaha YZF-R25 Revealed for Indonesian Market

Yamaha revealed the production version of its 250 sportbike, the two-cylinder YZF-R25. Manufactured in Indonesia, the R25 will first be offered in that market before being exported to other markets including other Asian countries as well as developed markets in the west. The production model stays close to the prototype R25 revealed at the Tokyo Motor Show last fall.

Seeley On Form On First Night Of North West 200

Alastair Seeley took a double in the Ballymoney Borough council Supersport and Pirtek Superstock events at the start of racing at the Vauxhall International North West 200 this evening, what many “real” road racers refer to as the precursor to the Isle Of Man TT. In the Supersport race, the ‘Wee Wizard’ survived being caught up in a first lap crash at York hairpin that left him languishing in 16th to come through and win the opening race of the night on his Mar-Train Yamaha R6. Lee Johnston was the rider who went down in the first lap crash, causing Seeley to take evasive action to avoid going down himself.
