2007 Yamaha Fjr1300 ABS, 24,600 miles, 5 speed, Up for sale is an absolutely beautiful 2007 Yamaha F JR 1300. This bike is pretty much still showroom condition and is in excellent condition. This is a bike that has always been serviced and garaged with the factory cover on it and it shows. New battery, replaced the wheel bearings front and rear, and also the steering head bearings have been replaced as well. Have everything that came with the bike when new from the dealership plus factory cover, and side bag liners. Also, it has a touring screen which is 4 inches taller than the stock one. It was a long time coming, but sidecar racer Conrad Harrison can add one accomplishment to his resume: Isle of Man TT winner. Harrison, along with passenger Mike Aylott won the first of two Sure Sidecar TT races. The win was the first for Harrison since he made his Isle of Man TT debut 21 years ago in 1993.

45,367 Motorcycle Thefts Reported in US in 2013

Americans reported 45,367 stolen motorcycles in 2013, down 1.5% from 2012, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau‘s latest Motorcycle Theft and Recovery Report. According to the NICB motorcycle thefts have been on the decline every year since 2007 when 65,678 motorcycles were reported stolen, though the overall trend appears to be leveling off. Japanese motorcycles continue to be the most popular target for thieves.

2015 Yamaha XC155 Scooter Gets CARB Approval

The Honda PCX150 may be getting some new competition, as  the California Air Resource Board granted an executive order certifying the 155cc Yamaha XC155 scooter. Available in Asian markets last August under the names Majesty S and SMax. Sporting a fuel-injected 155cc liquid-cooled four-valve Single, the XC155 inherits the styling of larger Yamaha scooters including the 395cc Majesty that was part of the company’s U.S.
