This bike is virtually brand new and almost as if just off the showroom. Purchased just last September, 2015 and it has a three year warranty so you still have till September 2018. Purchased at Paul Blouin Performance in Augusta Maine. Runs great, on the road, inspected, clear title ready to go. Kept under cover in garage. Silver. Extras: Tachometer, luggage rack, luggage bags (the reflective tape comes off if you don't like), Twisted Throttle engine guards (crash bars), retro flat seat, Denali high intensity safety lights. Only 275 miles. Why am I selling? I shouldn't have purchased in first place; just fell in love with it. I don't ride it much (obviously) and when I do I ride so slow the cars behind me get annoyed; no longer the young rider I once was. I jumped on a Ferry to Calais, turned left to Dunkirk, Brussels then on to Liege to meet up with the British team. Triumph sent a tank bag specifically made for the Speed Triple to help out on the trip.

Although the bike has been available since 2006 Akrapovic have only ever offered a slip-on silencer option, electing not to develop a full racing system for this bike. However, after unprecedented demand from the WSS and BSS paddock for racing products the decision was made to develop a full racing system in a modular format that allows the headers to be added to existing customer’s slip-on kits.
Jeremy Toye Wins 92nd Running Of Pikes Peak International Hill Climb
Mon, 30 Jun 2014On his first attempt at the Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, road racer Jeremy Toye set a record in the premiere Open Class to win the category aboard a 2015 Kawasaki ZX-10R, celebrating the 30th year of the legendary Ninja brand. Prior to setting foot on the hill, Toye was confident he could get among the class leaders, aiming to beat the outright Pikes Peak motorcycle record, which was set by Carlin Dunne in 2012 with a time of 9:52.819. While that record remains intact, Toye was able to set a time of 9:58.687 to win the Open Class, finishing 6sec ahead of his closest rival, Fabrice Lambert aboard a Ducati.
