1979 Triumph 750 Bonneville Rare - Good Condition - *Part of a Vintage Motorcycle Collection for Sale (see my other listings and the list below) This motorcycle (along with 40+ others) has been owned by a champion racer & collector that has passed away recently. The entire collection has been kept in great shape in a climate controlled environment and has been taken care of professionally over the years. That said this sale is offered as-is, where-is with no warranties, express, implied or any other kind. All information contained in this listing is to the best of our knowledge but the buyer is ultimately responsible to inspect & verify any and all information. Not all bikes come with titles due to their vintage nature - bill of sale will be provided when the titles are not available. All bikes are located in our showroom in Dallas - TX. Castrol Rocket, Gyronaut X-1 and Jason DiSalvo at New York IMS
Wed, 11 Dec 2013Two Triumph land speed bikes, the Gyronaut X-1 and the Castrol Rocket, will be on display at the New York Progressive International Motorcycle Show this weekend. Jason DiSalvo, pilot of the Castrol Rocket and winner of the 2011 Daytona 200 will also be in attendance to meet fans and talk about the project. The Gyronaut X-1 is the last Triumph motorcycle to hold the ultimate motorcycle land speed record. The X-1 first set the motorcycle land speed record in 1965 at 212.689mph, while its 1966 record at 245.667mph stood until 1970.
2012 Triumph Daytona 675 Revealed; Graphics Both Bolder and Newer
Thu, 01 Sep 2011Triumph revealed the 2012 edition of its Daytona 675 supersport, featuring a few cosmetic changes from the 2011 model. For 2012, the Triumph Daytona675 will be available in Phantom Black or Diablo Red. Cosmetic updates include new decals, updated Triumph script on the fuel tank, and a jet black bellypan similar to the Daytona 675R unveiled earlier this year.
