THIS IS TRULY A VINTAGE CLASSIC WITH ALL THE PROVENANCE . WES COOLEY WHICH RODE FOR TEAM YOSHIMURA AND IS NOW IN THE  HALLL OF FAME ,RODE THIS BIKE TO VICTORY AT LAGUNA SECA. ANYWAY THIS IS A FINE EXAMPLE OF A 1983 GS750ES. THIS BIKE WAS AHEAD OF IT TIME WITH STYLING QUES, HANDLING. AND TECHNICAL INNOVATIONS .  IT'S VERY ON POINT  AND SIMPLE; JUST A GREAT RIDE. THE BIKE IS AIR COOLED WITH A FACTORY OIL COOLER. Are Motorcycles Safer With Antilock Brakes?

A new report says riders with ABS-equipped bikes can dramatically reduce the chance of a fatal accident. The study compared fatality rates among riders on bikes that have antilock brakes, and it found that death rates were 38% lower on motorcycles equipped with the optional ABS systems compared to non-ABS bikes. In 2005-2006, the fatal crashes per 10,000 registered motorcycles without antilock brakes was 6.6.

Results From Day 1 Of World Superbike Testing At Phillip Island

Eugene Laverty, aboard his Voltcom Crescent Suzuki GSX-R1000, led the field today as the first day of World Superbike testing got underway at the Phillip Island circuit in Australia, site of the first race of the 2014 season. Under sunny skies and perfect weather conditions, Laverty adapted quickly to his new ride after spending last season aboard the Aprilia RSV4 Factory. The Suzuki offered incredible feedback and allowed him to push right out of the gates, ultimately setting a fastest lap time of 1:30.513.
