This is a restored 1938 EL 61 C.I.  There was a total of 2,289 built in 1938.  The VIN is 38EL2985.  The engine has been rebuilt and runs strong with the correct Linkert M5 carb.  It has a 4-speed transmission.  It has been repainted with the original color of Venetian Blue with white and burnt orange pinstripes.  The skull dash is correct for 1938 with the green generator lens.  It has matching belly numbers.  The cylinders and heads are date coded to the engine.  The speedometer has been rebuilt.  New Coker tires and tubes.  The tanks and fenders are correct.  It has been updated with a belt primary drive and a 12V conversion.  A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is required within 24 hours of auction close.  Full payment  by a bank wire transfer is required within 7 days of auction close.  Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Local pick-up is available.

I have a 1976 Harley Davidson shovel for sale, i built the bike a few years ago and the motor and the transmission were purchased rebuilt and have very little miles on them. This bike is so smooth due to the Isolastic motor mounts that the purr of that stocky low toned engine note is not interrupted by any vibration to take your mind off the experience. I have treated it with the finest lubricants filters new fork seals and fluid. The inside of the tank is unrusted and clean.

This bike is down to a rolling chassis. The top end of the engine needs to be reassembled and the engine is out of the bike. 1 of the pistons was seized in the bore but, I was able to free it up.

This bike has matching numbers that can be seen in the pics. It comes with what's in the pics. The frame and engine are in superb condition.

I have to sell my 2003 katana 750.She has 25,000 original miles which is pretty young for a 2003 bike. She has a yoshimura exhaust and is fast and loud as hell. She has a brand new chain,front and rear sprocket new battery, new rear tire,with about 200mis on them.I have also changed the oil about 100mis ago.The only problem with her is that the speedometer stopped working and has two minor scrapes on the left side from previous owner, but she still rides like the beast she is.I am happy with his bike and wish i didn't have to sell.

This motorcycle deserves more than I am able to give it. To be completely honest I would love to be able to give this bike the attention that it deserves; however, I am unable to do that because I am broke college student and it looks like I will not be able to attend to this bike in the appropriate fashion for many years. This bike is an absolute beauty, reminds me of some classic love movie with the couple on top of a classic bike riding away into the sun set.
