1973 Moto Guzzi. Antique title. Cosmetic and mechanical restoration on low mileage 850. New paint, pin striping and decals. New chrome plaint. New tires. Seat was professionally restored. Engine -new rings, valve job, new seals, carburetors rebuilt. Transmission and differential-new seals, gaskets. Never been wrecked or crashed. Has been stored in a controlled environment since restoration. Selling some of my collection. Please look up other bikes for sale by this seller. Questions? Email me before bidding. Piaggio Reports 2012 Sales Results
Wed, 27 Feb 2013The Piaggio Group reported a 7.3% decrease in net sales and a 9.0% decrease in net profit for 2012, thanks in large part to a sharp decline in demand in Europe including an all-time low for motorcycle sales in Italy. Piaggio reported net sales of 1.406 billion euros (US$1.842 billion) in 2012, down from 1.516 billion euros in 2011. Motorcycles and scooters accounted for net sales of 993.3 million euros (US$1.301 billion), a 3.1% decrease from 1.025 billion euros reported for 2011.
Piaggio Reports Q3 2011 Results
Tue, 01 Nov 2011Piaggio announced a net profit of 46.3 million euros (US$63.3 million) over the first nine months of 2011. That represents a slight dip from the 46.7 million euros (US$63.8 million) over the same period of 2010, but still respectable numbers in the face of a shrinking market for motorcycles in Europe. The decrease in profit comes despite a 2.0% increase in net sales, with Piaggio taking in 1.20 billion euros (US$1.64 billion) over the first three quarters.
