Kawasaki Other description

Up for auction I have a very highly desired 1972 Kawasaki H2 750. These bikes are rare and becoming very hard to find, especially being a first year bike. Build date is 11/71. The bike comes with a Maryland title, which has been signed by the previous owner and ready to be transferred to the next buyer. Title is not in my name. The bike has 6,496 miles on it. It is mostly complete.

The bike is in decent condition. The gas tank and rear tail have the original paint which still has a very nice shine. The tank does have some scratches and some very minor dings. The inside of the tank looks great, no rust. The tail is also nice, some scratches and a ding on the top. The grab bar is like new, no rust or dings. The front fender and right side panel are original but have been repainted. Left side panel is missing. The seat has 1 tear, but overall looks good. The wheels are in nice shape, minimal rust. Tires are dry rotted. The original exhaust has some rust and dents, but no holes. The gauges are nice. The right front turn signal lense is cracked. Both of the headlight ears are cracked. It still has the original steering stabilizer. The rear brake works normal, but front brake is not working.

The bike is not currently running. The engine does turn over and has good compression. It also has good spark. I put gas in the cylinders and the bike tries to start, so with a complete fuel system cleaning and tune up the bike would run. The engine is missing the top of the air box and the front sprocket cover. It is also missing the throttle tube and right handlebar switches.

Overall This bike is a great candidate for a full restoration for your collection. I am willing to ship the bike anywhere in the world. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements to have bike picked up at my location. If you have less than 20 feedback please contact me prior to bidding.

Who To Watch In AMA Pro SuperSport

Thu, 13 Mar 2014

America’s road racing champions of tomorrow are racing in AMA Pro SuperSport today, and their season kicks off this weekend at Daytona International Raceway. With events on both Friday and Saturday, there are plenty of chances for glory for the 48 competitors entered. AMA Pro SuperSport is the most unpredictable class and the racing gives a chance for riders in the large fields to step up and prove they have what it takes. A great example is reigning AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike Champion and current SuperBike pilot Cameron Beaubier, who cut his teeth in his two-victory, two-pole season in 2010.

AMA Supercross: 2012 Anaheim II Results

Mon, 06 Feb 2012

The 2012 AMA Supercross season is shaping up to be a tight one, with four racers and former champions healthy and jockeying for position on top of the points standings. Ryan Villopoto, Chad Reed, Ryan Dungey and James Stewart have all claimed wins in the first four rounds. After the second Anaheim round, the four contenders, representing four different manufacturers, are separated by just 13 points.

Single-Cylinder Kawasaki Ninja Spotted in Indonesia

Tue, 31 Dec 2013

Based solely on recent history, you’d think the engineers at Kawasaki are strong believers of the “bigger is better” philosphy. You need only look at the Ninja ZX-6R which shook off the shackles of the 600cc supersport segment with a 636cc displacement, then came the Ninja 300 replacing the 250. New spy photos from Indonesia, however suggest there’s still room for smaller engines from Team Green.
