I HAVE DECIDED TOO SELL MY 76 KZ 900 KAWASAKI. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS MOTORCYCLE FROM THE FRAME UP. THE MOTOR WAS RAN AND CHECKED AND ALL WAS GOOD , JUST RAN THE VALVES AND CLEANED IT UP. THE BIKE WAS TAKEN TO THE DAYTON CONCOURSE DE'ELEGANCE 2013 AND WON BEST IN CLASS FOR A CUSTOM BECAUSE OF THE HEADER, OTHER THAN THAT IT IS VERY STOCK. I HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED OUT THE HEADLIGHT BUCKET , FORK EARS AND TRIMS, AND ADDING A NEW BATTERY. THE GRAB BAR IS NEW AND SEVERAL OTHER SMALL PARTS. I REALIZE I AM NOT A RIDER, SO IT NEED,S A NEW HOME. THE PICTURE,S SHOW A LOT OF DETAIL, AND THE MANY HOURS THAT WHERE SPENT ON THIS BIKE. I COULD LIST ALL THE DIFFERENT ITEMS AND CAN TELL YOU IF IT,S BEEN POWDER COATED OR RE-CHROMED. ABOUT THE ONLY PAINT IS THE TANK SET AND MOTOR. Kawasaki Issues Recall on Unauthorized Concours 14 Police Models
Wed, 28 Aug 2013Kawasaki announced a recall on 44 2012-2013 Concours 14 potentially faulty motorcycles allegedly converted for police use without the manufacturer’s consent. Back in early 2012, Kawasaki announced a recall on 278 2009-2012 Concours 14 police motorcycles because the add-on equipment installed by Idaho-based Beaudry Motors suffered electrical problems. According to the recall documents, the electrical system installed by Beaudry could overload the charging circuit between the regulator and the two batteries and eventually blow the main fuse.

Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.

Mon, 27 Feb 2012Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak was snapped, KTM scored its second series win and Cole Seely impressed as an injury replacement for Trey Canard as the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship landed in Atlanta, Ga. Racing for the American Honda Muscle Milk team, Seely nabbed the holeshot and led the opening seven laps before finally being overtaken by Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey. Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto had a poor start by his standards, finishing the first lap in sixth place.
