You are bidding on a 1976 KZ 900 super bike, it has been in storage for many years , Great project to bring back to original, I will list all the faults i see but do not let these put you off the bike , just trying to paint an honest picture. frame is repainted , tank is not original color, nice solid 4 into 1 header, seat tray still under seat, front brake needs bleeding, bike does not run at the moment No white tag on frame but see pic of frame number, engine kicks over fine and electric start works when connected to a battery ( no battery on bike) compression seems low but may be stuck rings, the carbs and exhaust were off the bike when I bought it and are loosley assembled, forks are clean, additional oil pressure guage is fitted. headstock is straight and shows no sign of any accident, low mileage . Mon, 07 Jul 2014Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes extended his championship lead while a Race Two collision between Aprilia teammates Sylvain Guintoli and Marco Melandri provided drama in the World Superbike Championship round at Portugal’s Portimao track. Sykes qualified on the pole in a sun-draped Superpole session but the clouds rolled in on race day, forcing teams to plan for mixed weather. An overcast sky presided over a dry Race One, leading to a mix of tire choices but all of the racers switched to wet tires for Race Two that saw the scheduled 20-lap length reduced to 18 laps.

Mon, 07 Oct 2013Bonhams’ annual fall auction, the Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show, at Stafford County Showground is scheduled for October 20, 2013. Included in the auction is the above pictured 1974 Kawasaki H1-RW 500cc triple. Expected to sell for approximately $96,000 to $112,000, the Japanese works Grand Prix racer is one of only two machines built by the factory for the French Kawasaki importer SIDEMM for use in the 500cc World Championship. The bikes were ridden during the 1974 season by the French endurance racing specialist Christian Léon and French-Canadian Formula 750 star Yvon Duhamel.
