This GPz550 is pretty much complete. It will need some work to bring it out of moth balls or use as a parts bike or Vintage racing. The engine spins. It is in very good physical condition but will need the typical cleaning of the fuel system and flushing the fluids out. I have never had it running so I know little more than I have told you here.. Carbs? I have no idea as I have not opened them up. This bike is just too nice to part. If this bike does not sell then I will be parting it out. Just thought it was too nice for that so I am giving anyone with the talent to repair a chance to own it. PAPERWORK: ....NO PAPERWORK.. NO PAPERWORK... BILL OF SALE ONLY.... As part of the Breaking Boundaries Build-Off program, the evergreen brand offered him and five other designers to try their hand at tuning the Vulcan S. Without hesitation, Bassett cut the rear fender, installed a new seat, a long shock absorber and wheels.

Fri, 16 Dec 2011MotoGP star Randy de Puniet commissioned Deus customs to build him a motorcycle for the streets of Sydney. Randy's brief was for a middleweight, 2-up twin that would be light enough to slice through the city streets and have the power for blasts on the open road, and have orange, black and white for the paint. Deus chose the Kawasaki W650, lowered it at both ends, fitted an SR500 tank, lobbed the old air box and added K&N filters, stuck on a custom 2-into-2 exhaust system and added low-profile fenders to finish off the clean and simple look.

Wed, 21 Sep 2011Motorcycle thefts in the U.S. are down for the fourth consecutive year in 2010, according to a report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. There were 49,791 reported motorcycle thefts in 2010, an 11.2% drop from the 56,093 thefts reported in 2009.
