Husqvarna Teases New Prototype for EICMA
Thu, 31 Oct 2013Husqvarna has a history of unveiling surprising new concepts at EICMA, but now that the company is under the auspices of KTM Chief Executive Officer Stefan Pierer, we weren’t sure if that tradition would continue for the upcoming show in Milan. It appears we had nothing to fear, as Husqvarna announced it would unveil a new prototype at EICMA that will “offer a visual incite into the future evolution of the brand”. We’re pretty sure Husky meant “insight” there, but we’ll forgive the Swedish brand if the prototype is as impressive as advertised.
Husqvarna Cuts $2000 off MSRP for 2011 SMS630 and TE630
Wed, 22 Jun 2011Husqvarna North America has reduced the price of its 2011 SMS630 supermoto and TE630 dual-sport by $2000. Husky’s largest models (at least, until the 900 finally breaks cover), the SMS630 and TE630 were all new models introduced last year as early 2011 models. After the discount, the 2011 Husqvarna SMS630 is priced at $5,999 while the TE630 is priced at $6,499.
Husqvarna upgraded supermoto FS 450
Thu, 08 Jun 2017For the 2018 model year, the looks of the Husk has remained virtually unchanged, with the exception of slightly different color graphics. There are some technical metamorphoses, and one of the main ones is a new reverse slip clutch from the Swiss company Suter Industries. But still, it's a familiar fighter with a 449cc single-barreled 63bhp, WP monoshock rear, 16.5" front and 17" rear wheels on Bridgestone slicks.
