Energy One extra plate clutch kit, Dynojet powervision tuner, 600 cams, forward offset air cleaner, ported (883) heads, 7MM Beehive springs, Striker Performance 7MM valve spring kit, 7MM Titanium retainer 600 lift, ported intake/throttle body, Patriot Defender pipes and Harley Davidson air ride shocks. Less than 1,000 miles on the build. 
New wire wheels and Michelin Commander II tires.

For 2014, James will be suiting up for his 20th consecutive season of road racing as he pilots his James Gang/Hoban Brothers Racing Harley-Davidson XR1200 for the AMA Pro Racing Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series season opener at Daytona International Speedway. Canadian publication Cycle Canada had some fun on a photoshoot for its review of the Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight for the July issue. As Pete wrote in our own review, the Harley-Davidson Sportster Forty-Eight has a rugged, bobber-inspired look with its chopped fender, chubby front tire and underslung mirrors. For the guys over at Cycle Canada, the Forty-Eight conjured up a rather odd image: roller derby.
