BSA All description

This is a nice running BSA Victor that I found to be in need of cosmetics and electrics. I have done what I consider to be a light renovation. The tank was pulled, polished and repainted. New decals were affixed to the tank, side cover and oil tank. The horn and lights were sorted using the original switchgear. I used a fair bit of Mothers polish on the bright bits, and a little bit of touch-up paint here and there. I cleaned the front drum and shoes and adjusted the brakes as best I could.

After sitting for 6 months, she fired on the 2nd kick. Riding for around 10 minutes, I found the sound and acceleration to be fantastic, with some pleasing popping on deceleration. She did pop out of 1st gear a few times when cold. Between the stiff suspension and knobby tires, the ride is a bit harsh. One needs to make an appointment for braking situations. The Smiths speedometer is not working.

This is a bike that can be ridden right now, looks great, and is a solid candidate for an easy restoration.

Buyer is responsible for shipping. However, I can arrange delivery as far as Los Angeles from SF for $250 or less.
