Selling my BMW R850R. The bike starts quickly and runs smoothly. Its a pleasure to ride both in town and out on the highway. Its ready to ride now!
I have added many personalized accessories. It has the following: Parabellum Scout Fairing with mildly tinted short shield installed/clear regular height clear shield included, BMW hand lever guards, BMW accessory tachometer and clock, BMW K1 black handlebars/ original bars included, handlebar bar end weights, Kisan Headlight modulator(flashes headlight during daylight hours when switched to high beam setting for increased visibility), Kisan Signal Minder(Turn signals become running lights and flash quickly then normally on turning setting with automatic shut off), Side stand foot, new battery, and BMW Repair manual CD, and Riders Handbook.

2009 BMW S1000RR Officially Introduced [Pics and Video]

BMW has officially introduced their literbike contender:  The 2009 BMW S1000RR. The pertinent numbers are a claimed 193 horsepower (at the crankshaft) and a 403.5-lb claimed dry weight. In a ready-to-ride form including fuel, BMW says to expect 450 lbs of weight.

THERE'S SOMETHING rather cruel about ringing the nuts out of any bike on a dyno - a bit like poking a lion through the bars of a cage with a long stick... Anyway, not quite sure where I'm going with that one, so here's a rather lovely clip of BMW's much-lauded S1000RR getting a stationary pasting on a dyno. Not sure I'd be standing at the rear, mind you.
