I could tell you this motorcycle has 24,000 and a lot of people might believe that. I am however an honest seller. This is a 1972 BMW R75/5 Toaster tank SWB model. It is all original except for these upgrades, Mikuni Carb upgrade from Rocky Point Cycles, Dyna electronic ignition. I have just done a fresh top end, less than 250 miles on it. When I did the top end I found 10 over pistons in the bores. The cylinders were honed, new rings were fit, the heads were professionally done and everything was assembled with new gaskets. Keep in mind this is a 40+ year old machine and it exhibits some scratches and blemishes, no dents, and the paint is original and shows well.
This classic Beemer features all matching numbers. The fairing, bags, and tour pack are original Wixom Brothers period correct pieces, I have replaced the factory latches which were all worn and broken. The seat is a BMW factory piece. It starts easily and is well sorted. The Metzler tires show little wear. The entire drive train has been serviced and the bike shifts well and the clutch is fine. Brakes are great for drums. Battery is correct and one year old and kept on a tender with the hook up installed. This bike is ready to ride home, even if you live on the West Coast. Shipping is up to the buyer, I will assist the shipper. I will not crate or palletize this bike for overseas shipping. 2014 BMW HP2 Roadster Spotted
Mon, 22 Jul 2013Spy photographers have snapped a picture of a new retro-styled BMW roadster. Dubbed the BMW HP2 Roadster by Italian site Insella.it which published the grainy photograph, the new boxer-engined streetbike is expected to be officially unveiled at November’s EICMA show in Milan. The spy photo reveals the HP2 Roadster uses BMW’s air-cooled R-series boxer engine and not the new water-cooled engine introduced on the 2013 R1200GS.
2014 BMW C evolution Electric Scooter Revealed

Officially revealed after a year of testing at various events in Europe such as the 2012 London Olympics, the BMW C evolution is now ready for production, joining the gas-powered C650GT and C600 Sport. The C evolution is powered by a liquid-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor claiming an European Union-rated 15 hp, though if you really strain the motor peak output can reach 47 hp.

This converted BMW R1200RT has two 20 or 25 liter tanks (contain a premix of water and foam) mounted on either side that is connected to a 6.8 liter compressed air tank on the back of the bike that has a 20 to 30 meter hose. They are currently being used in the U.K.
