BMW Other description

Started life as an 1985 bmw K100RS and is now a custom bike. Has headlamp with hi and low, tail and stop lamps no turns. Painted black with real paint not rattle can. Seat pan is an old stop sign cut up kinda cool from behind. Has around 88k on it. I just rewired the mess i bought it with, key is original and works with ignition and fuel cap. Front tire like new, the rear will last until summer. I have all the body parts that were removed. Really great shape. Never downed from what i see. It will need a fuel pump kit. I can get it to start for a 2nd and run. Will also need a battery. I need to pay rent and get back home when i graduate school. Text or leave a message for zach @ 971 226 four-five-three-nine. I will not answer after 6:30 pm unless text. No there is not a seat

A quick phone call to my local dealer (the friendly and efficient Pidcocks) saw my bike in the workshop the following week and back in my hands by lunchtime.

Capirex’s New Ride: the BMW M MotoGP Safety Car

Wed, 11 Apr 2012

Retired racer Loris Capirossi has been named BMW M MotoGP Expert, representing the official MotoGP safety car provider in the world championship. Since retiring from racing after the 2011 MotoGP season Capirossi has been serving as MotoGP’s Safety Adviser. That, plus his familiarity with the MotoGP paddock and its racing circuits, makes him the logical choice as an ambassador for BMW M, the German manufacturer’s racing-performance subsidiary.
