This one owner BMW motorcycle was recently acquired by our dealership.  Our BMW authorized service department has performed an overall inspection & safety check on this motorcycle along with verifying that there are no open recalls from BMW Motorrad.

This K1600GT has ABS Brakes, Power Windscreen, Heated Grips, Heated Seat, Cruise Control, Adaptive Headlight, LED Fog Lights, DTC (Dynamic Traction Control), Bluetooth Interface Control, Radio Software, ESA II (Electronic Suspension Adjustment), Central Locking System, Safety Package, Comfort Package, TPM (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), and Anti theft Alarm System, all OEM from BMW.

This BMW has just over 22,322 miles and we hold a clean Massachusetts Title for this bike.  This BMW in-line 6-cyclinder engine starts easy, runs strong, transmission shifts through all the gears smoothly, so this motorcycle should bring the next owner many thousands of worry free miles.  Please feel free to call 617-275-3784, with any questions or concerns during normal business hours.  Trades are accepted & financing is available for local buyers, but please inquire before bidding!

Around the world on a Multistrada

Tue, 07 Jun 2011

Ever since Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman rode their BMW’s around the world it seems anyone with a ‘GS’ has an open ticket to ride around the world and then write about it. And fair enough, if I could afford the bike and the trip then I’d be gone as well. Obviously, BMW reaped the rewards when Ewan and Charlie showcased what their GS could really do, changing BMW’s image from solid but stuffy, to solid and cool overnight.

WSBK 2013: Moscow Race Report

Mon, 22 Jul 2013

Marco Melandri captured his third win of the season, the Ducati 1199 Panigale scored its first podium while Sylvain Guintoli regained the championship lead despite dislocating his collarbone days before the race. But the big news at Moscow Raceway of course was the tragic death of Andrea Antonelli in the World Supersport race. The opening-lap crash in severely wet conditions naturally led to the cancellation of the rest of the events as the World Superbike community mourns the loss of the 25-year-old Antonelli.

James Toseland Announces Retirement from Racing

Fri, 09 Sep 2011

Two-time World Superbike Champion James Toseland announced his immediate retirement from motorcycle racing due to a debilitating injury to his right wrist. Signed with the BMW Motor Italia racing team, Toseland has been limited to just seven of 20 races in this season’s WSBK Championship due to the wrist injury initially suffered during a private test at Spain’s Aragon circuit in March. After undergoing an operation for the injury, Toseland made two attempts at returning to racing, first at the Miller Motorsports Park round in May and again at the Silverstone round in July.
