Yamaha Yamaha description
I will take some better pictures of this 400 YZ outside as soon as the weather gets better here. These will do for now so that you can at least know its available. If you are looking for an open class bike to race in vintage motocross then you really should consider this bike. The guy I bought it from has already done everything. new works performance shock, new fork springs and seals, new triple clamp bearing, new top end, seat cover, swing arm bearing, front tire, bars, grips, levers. It has a D.G. pipe and silencer. Rear tire has one ride on it. All I can say is that when you sit on this Yamaha 400 you feel like, "wow". I could win one on this. I have a clear CA title and current CA off road green sticker.
the only reason I am letting the bike so is to help out my Mom. Hope you think it is as nice as I do. the orange bike in the last photo is next weeks e-bay bike. It also is a 400 Thank you for looking. Willing to answer and questions. |

Behind the scenes in Qatar
Sat, 19 Mar 2011Just because you have the name Jorge Lorenzo on your screen and you've won a world championship doesn't mean you'll get an easy time at scrutineering. In Qatar the technical inspection staff made the factory Yamaha mechanics remove bodywork and unbolt some electrical components in order to get a better look at the guts of the 2011 M1. Everything was in order of course but what a great opportunity for the scrutineers to exercise their power and have a poke around the most high tech Yamaha on the planet.
