Yamaha YZF750-SP description

Yamaha imported only seven YZF750SP models when they first came out in 1993. Those seven bikes all went to AMA race teams and they never imported any more examples making them one of the most limited homologation bikes to acquire in the states. This 1994 model was imported from Canada and has a clear WA state title. I am the second owner and the bike has been kept in my private collection in a climate controlled environment. With just over $3k miles, the bike is as close to showroom condition as you will find, and the only modification is the removable tank guard. All reflectors are still intact and even the warning decals on the gas tank and windscreen. The SP model has the solo tail/subframe, flatslide carbs, close ratio transmission, high lift cams and multi adjustable suspension. It may have a different crank and rods but I dont remember.
I took it out for the last ride today and it runs and feels like a new bike.
Please dont bid on this auction unless you have your finances and shipping in order. I know shipping can take some time, so I dont have a problem keeping the bike until you can get it worked out, but it must be paid for on time. I also have a fully kitted 1993 SP motor out of Mike Walsh's AMA bike that the buyer will have the option to purchase before I put it up on ebay.

North American consumers were left out, however, getting a Team Yamaha Blue and White version instead for the R1 and R6 (the R125 isn’t offered here either).
