Selling my 2007 Yamaha R6
The bike has 19259 miles and it is in perfect working order. It has been serviced by a dealer every season and has a new rear tire with less than 150 miles on it. It comes with a bunch of extras which are listed below I have never had a single problem with this bike and I have really just done road riding, no hard riding or track. Selling it cause I just don't ride it. extras include Weatherproof bike cover - brand new Chain cleaner Chain lubricant Chain brush Bike Stand - rear pegs installed Rear hitch mounted bike rack for easy transportation - extra $250 if you would like it. battery tender with easy connect pre-installed - extra $75 The Oakley stickers on the side can be removed if you would like. Michelin Unveils New Tire for Dual Sport Motorcycles
Wed, 06 Feb 2013More than half of the new BMW R 1200 GSs that roll off the assembly line in 2013 will be fitted with Michelin’s new big trail tire, the Anakee III. BMW and Michelin worked together to co-develop the dual-sport tire, which is designed to deliver all the safety and off road capability big trail motorcycle users demand. The Anakee III will also be available as a replacement option for other leading dual sport bikes, like the Suzuki V-Strom, Kawasaki KLR, Triumph Tiger and Yamaha Super Tenere.
Yamaha M1 Engines Available for Leasing for 2014-2016 MotoGP Seasons
Mon, 08 Apr 2013Yamaha announced it will offer a leasing arrangement for its YZR-M1 engines to teams interested in racing in the MotoGP World Championship. The Japanese manufacturer has signed a leasing arrangement with MotoGP promoter Dorna Sports to supply engines for the 2014, 2015 and 2016 seasons. Racing teams will be able to lease a Yamaha M1 engine on a per-year basis for their own race bikes.
