1999 Yamaha Yzf-R1 , 99 Yamaha R1, 24,9xx miles, yoshimura slip on exhaust, Dynojet jet kit installed almost 2 years ago when the carbs were cleaned. Newer tires front Metzler with roughly 4500 miles and Michelin pilot power rear with about 2200 miles. Bike runs and rides good choke is a little messed up, bike only runs on full choke apparently mechanic couldn't figure it out but it doesn't affect it's ride ability. $3,750.00 4023668320

Isle of Man TT 2012: Supersport TT Race 1 Results

Padett’s Honda racer Bruce Anstey won the first Monster Energy Supersport TT race of the 2012 Isle of Man TT by a mere 0.77 seconds over rider Cameron Donald. The race could have been even closer if Gary Johnson, another Honda rider, hadn’t run out of gas on the final lap. Before he ran out of fuel, Johnson was in the mix with Anstey and Donald with just 0.62 seconds separating the three riders.

Maybe the Evo class is the future for WSB?

Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.

Spotted the link to this short film on a Dutch blog. It's beautifully shot/directed and captures GP rider Mike Duff's recovery from a horrific hip and pelvis injury suffered at the Japanese GP which cost him a six month stay in hospital. Watching him push-start makes you wince just imagining the pain he must have been in.
