2007 Yamaha YZ250F - One of the first years with the lightweight aluminum frame. Runs great. Has Devol Radiator guard and barkbusters. Includes factory service manual and some additional oil filters. Recently serviced or replaced parts: tires, serviced the forks (fresh oil and new seals), newer chain/sprockets, recently repacked or replaced all bearings, fresh oil/filter change, fresh coolant, new air filter. Basically it's ready to ride.

2015 Yamaha XC155 Scooter Gets CARB Approval

The Honda PCX150 may be getting some new competition, as  the California Air Resource Board granted an executive order certifying the 155cc Yamaha XC155 scooter. Available in Asian markets last August under the names Majesty S and SMax. Sporting a fuel-injected 155cc liquid-cooled four-valve Single, the XC155 inherits the styling of larger Yamaha scooters including the 395cc Majesty that was part of the company’s U.S.

Rumor Mill: Yamaha To Make R400 and R650

Yamaha is set to put into production two new sporty bikes — the R400 and R650 —  according to “Young Machine” a Japanese motorcycle magazine. If true, this would fill a huge void in the manufacturer’s beginner sportbike bike lineup. It would make sense, considering the success of Suzuki’s SV650 (which later morphed into the Gladius and is now the SFV650), Kawasaki’s Ninja 650 (ER-6 in other markets), and even Honda’s CBR500R.

Tapout Themed Yamaha R1 Unveiled at UFC 129 Fan Expo

The Ultimate Fighting Championships recently held the largest event in its history in Toronto and the folks at Tapout decided to use the occasion to unveil a 2011 Yamaha R1 project bike. The bike was designed Toronto’s Flat Out Industries. As you may expect, it prominently features Tapout logos all over the bike, including on the wheels, along with a pretty sweet red, black and white color scheme.
