I have a used 1999 Yamaha YZ125 up for auction. It has a Pro circuit pipe and silencer, Renthal bars, oversized fuel tank and Moose bark busters(set up for harescrambles) tires are good and the engine has a new piston and rings with less than 3 hours on them. The pipe does have some dents in the front of it, and the seat has some tears in it. I will include a new seat cover with the purchase. The rest of the bike has some minor scrapes and scratches due to normal wear. I will not arrange shipping, but if you set it all up and pay I will cooperate with the shipping company. Winning bidder must pay $500 deposit into my Paypal account within 24 hours and pay the balance in cash when picked up. I have the right to end auction early due to bike being for sale locally. Colin Edwards Announces Retirement At End Of Season

The announcement came during the pre-event press conference ahead of this weekend’s Austin MotoGP race — Edwards’ home round. The two-time World Superbike champion cited a lack of progress from winter testing as one reason for the decision.
FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013
Tue, 19 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
Lorenzo And Rossi Unveil Yamaha MotoGP 2014 Livery
Fri, 17 Jan 2014Yamaha’s official MotoGP outfit unveiled the team’s official 2014 livery in front of a packed audience in Jakarta, Indonesia. The team’s two factory riders, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi, were on hand to proudly showcase their YZF-M1 motorcycles. As expected, blue, Yamaha’s factory color, plays a major role in the color scheme, but unlike last year where it was the dominant color, it is equally offset by contrasting white swaths on the upper fairing, fuel tank, and throughout the lower fairing.
