1981 YAMAHA XS 1100 MIDNIGHT SPECIAL.. # 429 Built !! All Original as far as I can tell. Has normal wear for a 35 year old Motorcycle.  I have owned this bike for over 25 years. Runs Great. I drive once in a while. Less than 800 miles a year. Everything works as it should. Tires are good brakes are good. Transmission shifts smoothly. These bikes run forever. I have had a little walk around checking out the preparations for the show. I haven’t seen anything that I haven’t already seen or heard about previously, but here’s a selection from three of the halls. Yamaha are the only manufacturer to use an industrial crane to place some of its bikes up on high rise stands.

2013 AMA Supercross San Diego Race Report

Davi Millsaps captured his second main event win of the season and expanded his AMA Supercross championship lead to 19 points with a wire-to-wire victory at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. The Rockstar Energy Suzuki rider jumped ahead at the start for the holeshot and held that lead for the entire 20-lap race for the win. Finishing 2.386 seconds back was Team Honda Muscle Milk‘s Justin Barcia while Red Bull KTM‘s Ryan Dungey finished 10.300 seconds back for third place.
