1996 Yamaha Virago 1100, 1996 Yamaha XV1100 Virago in excellent condition, 6,430 miles, $3,000 custom parts added, Cobra pipes with Cobra jets kit installed, Mustang seat, Mustang passenger backrest, Jardine forward controls, Willie and Max saddlebags and tool pouch, Memphis Shade windshield, Jardine luggage rack, pullback handlebars, pullback risers, 6 over stock front fork tubes(Forks by Frank), K&N air filter, and more. In March I changed the oil and filter plus installed new Sears Diehard sealed battery. Last month I removed the carbs. and cleaned both thoroughly plus clean both fuel tanks and sealed them with an polymer, also installed new factory gas filter at same time. Installed new spark plugs last week. Valves were adjusted approx. 500 miles ago. The bike has always been stored in my basement and covered. Looks like a brand new bike on showroom floor. Tue, 23 Apr 2013The morning after riding his Yamaha M1 to a sixth-place finish at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, nine-time Grand Prix World Champion Valentino Rossi landed in Charlotte, N.C., to race around another track; only this time there were no right turns. (UPDATED with additional photos.) Rossi met up with NASCAR racer and fellow Monster Energy-sponsored athlete Kyle Busch to ride Busch’s Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Busch, winner of the last three Nationwide Series races, gave Rossi a walkaround of his car before taking the Yamaha factory rider around a few laps of the Charlotte Motor Speedway 1.5-mile oval.
