Yamaha Virago description

Motorcycle has a new stator, recitifier, new set of tires, and front brake. Starts right up but after it warms up it starts to stall. I was told it just needs the carbs cleaned out, but I have no idea. I never worked on a motorcycle. Will also need a new battery as it sat out in the cold last year. Battery is good enough to start it, but if it sits for a while, it will lose it's charge. . I road it a lot last year, but this year I just don't have the time and ready to get rid of it. The pacman ghost and transformers sticker are vinyl and will come off very easy.
