Yamaha V Star description

2,609 miles! Original owner. Never seen rain or anything else. Bike is showroom condition. With a long, low, lean-and-mean profile, traditional spoked wheels, and a bobbed tail rear fender, the V-Star 1100 Custom has the look and feel of a classic chopper from yesteryear. These bikes are nothing short of fantastic. As a rider of 30 years I assure you that you will not be disappointed. YAMAHA combined the handling of a sport bike, the suspension of a motocross bike and wrapped it in a cruiser! Harley be dammed! This bike will walk all over any comparable Harley ANY DAY!

Same type of bike today is over 10k. So many optional equipment items made for this bike that the list is to long to write in this ad. ALSO KNOW THAT IT IS QUITE SIMPLE TO CHANGE THE COLOR OF THIS BIKE. Just find a good local paint shop and pick your color. It's that simple for a small amount of cash.

In fact, when you see the low price tag, you might think that you've gone back in time. But one short ride will rule time travel out, thanks to the incredible attention to detail and the quality fit and finish that the Star family is famous for. Its powerful air-cooled, 65-cubic-inch V-twin pumps out lots of low-end torque, while a smooth-shifting 5-speed transmission and clean, quiet shaft drive put the power to the ground. Get ready to fly.

Yamaha claims the updated TMax can get up to 53 mpg, compared to the previous model’s 47 mpg claims.

Just for a moment; leading the British GP

Tue, 12 Jun 2012

Cal Crutchlow’s early exit at his home Moto GP last year meant we didn’t get to see his awesome potential at Silverstone. His two WSB race wins there in 2010 were pretty special as he dominated on the factory Yamaha R1, not least as he used some alternative lines and every inch of the track along the way. With his form matching the world's best in every event this year, on paper, this weekend should be his best chance so far to secure a podium or maybe even (making the dream come true!) take the first major class win in three decades.
