Yamaha Road Star description

For sale is my 2002 yamaha midnight star 1700cc bobber/ rat bike.  For the past 3 years I've spent turning my stock midnight star into an awesome bobber.  All the work I've done myself so it's not perfect I'm just a backyard blacksmith/fabricator but that's what makes it a fun bobber is the rugged hard look it has.  Gets looks and compliments everywhere I go and it's always a conversation starter because there's only 2 places on the bike to tell it's a yamaha.  If you have any other questions or curiosities the best way to contact me is text and also contact me before bidding to discuss the title (330).  It's a rebuilt salvage because I had cut and (212) lowered the stock seat brackets (1069) which were part of the frame and also replaced the speedometer on the bike when I got it and then had to get it inspected (bone head mistake on my part to not get it inspected first)  but that's why it has a rebuilt salvage.  LOOKING FOR LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.  I'm out of garrettsville ohio.

Magneti Marelli to Supply Electronics System to MotoGP Teams

Wed, 26 Sep 2012

It’s no secret that promoter Dorna Motorsports has been trying to push a standardized electronics control unit for teams in the MotoGP World Championship. The lack of a top-tier electronics package has been one of the biggest challenges faced by MotoGP’s claiming rule teams, and a spec ECU would narrow the gap between the CRT bikes and the factory prototypes. The manufacturers competing in the series, Honda, Ducati and Yamaha, understandably are resistant to the idea considering the effort they’ve put in to develop their electronics systems.

Now Your Kid Can Ride Like Rossi!

Tue, 15 Sep 2009

Eight-time world motorcycle champion Valentino Rossi has created a new line of two-wheel funsters – except these bikes have no motors. Rossi teamed up with Italian company Cicli Adriatica to develop a line of children’s bicycles – the VR46 bike collection. With this line of children’s two-wheelers, you can now blame your child’s skinned knee of the famed Fiat Yamaha rider!
