Very Nice 2006 Yamaha TTR Motorcycle. My son has rode this bike from age 6 - 10 and has now outgrown. I have never had the first problem with this bike. The bike starts immediately, every time. This the second Yamaha that I have owned. 1 for each of my children. They are the best bike out there for youth. Electric and kick start. 3 speed. Everything works as it should. Yamaha Becomes First Official OEM Partner of AIMExpo
Fri, 15 Feb 2013Just in time for this weekend’s DealerExpo in Indianapolis, the American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo) announced today that Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA will use the event to introduce its 2014 products to the marketplace. Yamaha is the first official OEM partner of AIMExpo, a landmark step in the continued growth of the event, which is hoping to be a viable rival to DealerExpo as a powersports industry destination. Yamaha’s range of powersports products comprises both the Yamaha and Star motorcycle brands.
2014 Yamaha YZ450F and YZ250F Recalled
Wed, 26 Feb 2014Yamaha is recalling 2014 YZ450F and YZ250F off-ride motorcycles because of a risk of the drive chain detaching. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the recall affects 1,300 units in the U.S. while Transport Canada says another 115 units are affected north of the border.

Wed, 09 Nov 2011Now MotoGP has completed its transformation from 800 to 1000cc, how do the lap times between the different bikes compare using Valencia and the post-season test as a benchmark.. Yesterday, Dani Pedrosa was the quickest 1000 on his Honda RC213V setting a time of 1:32.186. To find the quickest time from the outgoing 800 era you have to look at his current Repsol Honda team-mate, Casey Stoner, but it wasn't set on a Honda.
