Yamaha Other description

Spectacular 1988 Yamaha ysr50 with very low 1700 miles. The bike has been well cared for and is in great ridding condition starts on first kick and runs great goes around 55-60mph top speed higher than the stock which only hit 45-50. Has an aftermarket Toomey exhaust. Also has the Japanese style turn signals on the rear but has american style tail light The bike was painted and changed with Marlboro decals to mimc GP race bikes. The bike is ready to go and has a clear title tons of fun and looks awesome definitely attention grabber. Decals look great but re not perfectly placed but very hard to notice from side to side. Bike has normal wear from riding but overall is in great shape sold as-is where-is if you need help with shipping I can meet shipper but you will have to book and pay for shipping separately.

The bike's owner, aircraft engineering entrepreneur Chris Wilson, has lent the £100,000 GP machine to Visordown for our stand at this year's NEC Motorcycle Show - 27th November to 6th December 2009. Sheene raced the bike in the 1981 championship, where he finished fourth at Salzburgring, sixth at Hockenheim and third at Monza.
