I am reluctantly selling my Yamaha 650 to make some money (moving in with the girlfriend and furniture isn't free). The bike is older than me, but still has a TON of power. I got it as my 1st bike, had the electrical redone and had the carbs cleaned. It is a great beginner-intermediate bike, perfect for jumping around beach towns for quick parking. It also runs fine on the highway, I just normally pre-owned it to go from OB to PB. Give me a call with any questions, could be a great gift if you want to be the best dad on the planet. Catalina Island (California) Grand Prix Slated for 2010 Return [video]
Wed, 26 May 2010The Catalina Grand Prix was last run in 1958 on Santa Catalina Island, an island community situated approximately 22 miles south-southwest of greater Los Angeles. Efforts by the AMA, AMA District 37, Big6 (a smaller collection of clubs within the D-37 region) and promotional company My Cuz Vinnie Promotions LLC, have secured December 3-5, 2010 as dates for the event, with a 100-mile professional race held on the 5th. In 2008 vintage motorcycles were displayed on Crescent Ave.
AMA Supercross: 2012 Las Vegas Results
Mon, 07 May 2012Ryan Dungey scored his fourth win of the season but it was not enough to take second place in the points race behind champion Ryan Villopoto. That honor went to JGRMX Yamaha‘s Davi Millsaps who placed second to Dungey in the season-ending race at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. Dungey took the holeshot and led every lap to take the win for Red Bull KTM.
