Yamaha Other description

To a new home. Very very nice "bespoke" piece done by Randy Creel of Randy's cycle. As is where is. It's an RD250 with 350 bore. Spec II built motor about 15 years ago. Approx 2 hrs run time since. Powdered everything. Spec II chambers. RD400 mags. GSXR rearsets. Air-Tech fairing, tank, and Gustaffsson screen. KOSO gauges with cyl temp. Hidden loom. Hidden battery. Titled and streetable. Big bucks invested. My loss your gain. Search YT for Randy's Cycle or Terence McEnally to see videos. For sale locally so I reserve the right to end early. Nice bike for the cafe scene or the living room. Will consider trades for modern sport bikes, HD's, flat track racers. Payment in full on pickup please. Cash or Wells Fargo Money Order. Will transact in local bank to transfer title on pickup. Shipping is buyer's obligation. I will assist to load and be present at reasonable times. (I recommend U-Ship, BTW...) Please ask q's! I really hate to see her go but I have decided that I'd prefer to have something that is less a showpiece. Thanks for looking! 919-819-4950

Magneti Marelli to Supply Electronics System to MotoGP Teams

Wed, 26 Sep 2012

The lack of a top-tier electronics package has been one of the biggest challenges faced by MotoGP’s claiming rule teams, and a spec ECU would narrow the gap between the CRT bikes and the factory prototypes. The manufacturers competing in the series, Honda, Ducati and Yamaha, understandably are resistant to the idea considering the effort they’ve put in to develop their electronics systems.

Pedrosa: most wins, least successful

Wed, 11 May 2011

Should Dani Pedrosa win at Le Mans this coming weekend he will become the most successful rider In the premier-class not to win the coveted title. After his triumph in Estoril the Repsol Honda rider currently finds himself on 13 wins and in joint first and a win, at a circuit that sees him rank as one of riders with the most victories in all classes, would make him a clear leader. Joining Pedrosa at the top of the ranking is Max Biaggi and Randy Mamola, two riders who became associated with the number two.
