I am selling my 2004 Yamaha R6. It has a salvaged title from being laid down and 27xxx miles on it. Its registered through March 2014 & has insurance to test ride (cash in hand). Its got a couple scuffs on the left side. I tried to take photos of them (namely a scuffed headlamp, marked lines on its left side, and the piece of plastic to the left of the handlebars that covers the electrical wires). Despite a couple cosmetic flaws, it runs perfect. I've had it for 3yrs and never had an issue with it. This is a great starter bike IMO as long as you respect its power. It will be available for viewing after Thanksgiving as I am in the bay area for work until then. Also included are my jacket and helmet (large) and gloves.Thank you,GilCall or text,.

By the end of 1998 I had won three straight BSB titles with the Yamaha YZF750, when main sponsor Cadbury’s pulled out leaving zero funds for a title defence. Wanting desperately to ride the new R7 and thinking a replacement backer would instantly get on board I turned down quite a few offers including a juicy contract from Crescent Suzuki (Paul Denning always enjoys reminding me).

Mon, 04 Nov 2013Yamaha teased us with the “Rise Up Your Darkness” campaign, first introducing the FZ-09 (called the MT-09 in Europe) and its three-cylinder engine packaged in a naked frame. Now Yamaha has introduced the next motorcycle in the Darkness collection, the MT-07, effectively the MT/FZ-09′s little brother.
