1987 Yamaha FZ700 great old vintage motorcycle that’s great I am the third owner of this motorcycle. I have owned it for right around 2 years and it had less than 12K miles on it now has 14K. I am an ASE Tech and have done most of the work on it. Since I have bought the motorcycle I replaced the tires (less than 1 year old/less than 2,000 miles on them), Battery has 1 year on it, 4 new NGK spark plugs, replaced the clutch and brake fluid, New oil change (comes with extra filter), Coolant service, Aftermarket Yoshi exhaust (bike will come with stoke exhaust), Stock replacement K&N air filter, Comes with service manual, New exhaust gaskets, Seat is not cracked and it comes with the rear seat cover(Sorry it’s the wrong color), and none of the panels are cracked . As far as I know the motorcycle has not been dropped. Since I have had it has been sitting outside but with a cover on it. Andrea Dovizioso Signs with Tech 3 Yamaha for 2012
Tue, 11 Oct 2011The Tech 3 MotoGP team has reached a one-year agreement with Andrea Dovizioso, signing the Repsol Honda factory rider to take Colin Edwards’ place on the Yamaha satellite team in the 2012 season. Dovizioso will join the Tech 3 Yamaha team after three years with the Repsol Honda team. Despite currently holding onto the third overall spot on the 2011 championship points standings with five podium appearances and 13 top-five finishes in 15 races, Dovizioso found himself the odd man out with Honda which will stick with a two-man factory team of Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa with Marco Simoncelli riding a factory-supported Honda RC212V with the Gresini team.
