Triumph Speed Triple description

Hello, unfortunately its time to let my baby go. One of a kind bike that you don't see quite often. This machine is the real deal. Rare Scorched Yellow color. Best bike I have owned/ridden to this day. Incredible torque & handling. This bike is in immaculate condition. Never seen the ground or "garage floor". Runs and rides like a new bike. Not a scratch or ding (2 minor chips, approx 2 millimeters). BOS exhaust system. Adjustable levers. LSL sliders. Nice mirrors. Michelin rubber 75%. New brakes front and back. Clean title in hand. . Absolutely not a beginner bike. You will not find an impeccable, pampered, Speed Triple like this - let alone in this color. Please do not hesitate to call if you may have any questions! Thank You for your time. -Philip 610 513 5474

Craig Vetter To Headline AMA Hall Of Fame Breakfast At Daytona, March 14

Mon, 13 Jan 2014

AMA Hall of Fame member Craig Vetter will be the featured guest at its annual AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Breakfast at Daytona, on Friday, March 14, at 7:00 a.m., at the Daytona 500 Club on the infield at Daytona International Speedway.  “Craig Vetter’s impact is far-reaching, starting with the design of the iconic Windjammer fairings of the 1970s, continuing with motorcycle designs like the Triumph X-75 Hurricane and the limited-edition ‘Mystery Ship,’ and enduring more recently with a resurrected series of motorcycle fuel economy runs that push the boundaries of everyday streamlining,” said Jeff Heininger, chairman of the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation, which oversees the Hall of Fame. “We’re proud to host motorcycling’s design professor emeritus for this year’s Breakfast at Daytona.” Taking place during 2014 Daytona Bike Week, the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Breakfast at Daytona fundraiser will feature a live interview with Vetter on stage, an audience Q&A period and an autograph session with Vetter and other Hall of Famers in attendance. The event is open to the public, and tickets are available now at www.motorcyclemuseum.org.

2012 Triumph Daytona 675, 675R Recalled in Canada for Missing Throttle Cable Guide

Tue, 21 May 2013

Transport Canada announced a recall for the 2012 Triumph Daytona 675 and 675R because certain units may be missing a throttle cable guide. Without the guide, the throttle cable may get stuck in the steering stop, preventing the throttle from opening or closing properly. Such a situation could result in a loss of propulsion or, if the throttle is stuck open, could make it difficult to slow or stop the motorcycle.
