The storming new triple motor delivers even more power all the way through to 14,400 rpm redline. The new frame geometry, mass centralisation and race-derived suspension enables razor sharp handling and confidence-inspiring feedback. Added brembo brakes, a quickshifter, carbon trim and some subtle styling info and you know youre riding a true thoroughbred motorcycle.

EICMA 2013: 2014 Triumph America LT

Tue, 05 Nov 2013

Just as it did with its Thunderbird family, Triumph revealed a new bagger to its America cruiser line at the 2013 EICMA show. Follow the rest of our 2013 EICMA show coverage Originally revealed in CARB documents as the America Horizon, the Triumph America LT adds a deattachable windscreen, pillion backrest and leather saddlebags to turn the midsized America into a serviceable light tourer.  The America LT is powered by the same air-cooled 865cc parallel-Twin with a 270-degree firing interval as the regular America and the Speedmaster cruisers. Performance numbers are the same, with Triumph claiming 60 hp at 6800 rpm and 53 ft-lb.

Triumph Rocket 3: Hope you like black

Tue, 29 Sep 2009

COLOURED PAINT must be thin on the ground at Triumph: the company's latest incarnation of their gargantuan Rocket 3 will only available in black when it's released early next year. And there's more torque, too: 165ft-lbs to be precise - up 15 per cent on last year. Triumph also say the new bike will offer "A completely different riding experience from its predecessor." Bold statement.
