1973 Triumph Bonneville T140, 1973 Triumph Bonneville - COMPLETELY RESTORED, Pristine - $8400 I am hesitant to even put this bike up, because a large part of me doesn't want to let this beautiful bike go. For sale is a 1973 Triumph Bonneville 750 T140 Last year of the British right hand drive. I recently had this bike completely restored as a 70th birthday present for my father. It was expertly restored by the best Triumph guy on the West Coast, Steve Giblin of European Motorcycles in Redmond, WA, who specializes in Triumphs, Nortons and BSAs. I am begrudgingly placing it up for sale. It was restored for my father as a present, but illness prevents him from riding it. I have more pics available and can show the bike at your convenience. I can also give an itemized statement with all the work that has been done ($4500 in work alone). This bike is gorgeous. It runs like a gem. First kick over, every time. Wed, 06 Feb 2013More than half of the new BMW R 1200 GSs that roll off the assembly line in 2013 will be fitted with Michelin’s new big trail tire, the Anakee III. BMW and Michelin worked together to co-develop the dual-sport tire, which is designed to deliver all the safety and off road capability big trail motorcycle users demand. The Anakee III will also be available as a replacement option for other leading dual sport bikes, like the Suzuki V-Strom, Kawasaki KLR, Triumph Tiger and Yamaha Super Tenere.
