This listing is for an extremely well restored Triumph Bonneville. As the pictures show, everything about the motorcycle is correct, authentic and very well done. The restoration was completed by Roger Jones of Georgia with nothing overlooked in the process. Roger is extremely thorough with a restoration. His mechanical work is every bit as good as his cosmetic finishes. He starts with complete disassembly. The engine and transmission are entirely rebuilt with new and/or excellent used parts as required. From there all components of the motorcycle were addressed with the best possible parts and/or finishes. Price/cost was never a factor in these restorations...the objective was to produce the best possible 1964 Triumph Bonneville! Look at the pictures.....I think you will agree the objective was met. The motorcycle has been run for a few minutes with gas through a funnel (no gas has been in the tank). After that short run, the motorcycle was put on display (climate controlled) in my personal collection. The motorcycle has a clear title and is being offered at a very reasonable $14,399 or Best Offer.

The Fonz Never Really Rode a Motorcycle!

According to the “King of Cool” himself, “The Fonz” (Henry Winkler) never actually rode any motorcycles during the ten year Happy Days television run. Winkler, never rode a bike in real life either, he has dyslexia, which made it difficult for him to co-ordinate the clutch, throttle and brake. Instead, the bikes (Harley Davidson’s, Triumph’s, BSA’s were used) were mounted on a piece of wood with wheels to make it look like he was riding, even though I am not shocked, I am a little disappointed… You can watch the interview with Winkler, the famous motorcycle jump “The Fonz” made over 14 trashcans and a bonus “Jump the Shark” video after the jump. 2010 Triumph Rocket III Roadster [video]

Over the past few model years Triumph strove to create some sense of how the Rocket can be used, eventually creating a touring-friendly model with windscreen and saddlebags as standard, called the Rocket III Touring. Then came the Rocket III Classic. More pulled back handlebars, floorboards rather than pegs, and two-tone paint helped define the powerful motorcycle as something appealing to the cruiser crowd.

Triumph Releases Third Adventure Bike Teaser Video

Triumph has released the third in a series of videos teasing its two upcoming adventure motorcycles, this one describing the bikes’ new chassis. We know from the first two installments that Triumph is developing two models, one focused for on-road riding, the other for off-road, and both models will use a mid-sized long-stroke three-cylinder engine. The third part tells us the two models will use a steel frame and feature an upright riding geometry.
