Triumph America description

This is a beautiful 2009 Triumph America in Excellent condition.
Black with Chrome Engine Dresser Bars
865 cc. Parallel twin, liquid cooled engine.
5-Speed Transmission
3,865 miles.

I am the original owner and purchased it 6 years ago new. It has been a perfect bike and has had absolutely no issues.  I mainly used this bike as a weekend cruiser and took it on one long trip (Stamford, CT to Buffalo, NY).  The bike has always been kept in a garage under a cover (I'm including the cover as well). During the winters, the battery was removed and plugged into a tender.

I love the bike, but I have not had the time to enjoy it and did not want to have it sit.

The bike has plenty of power, cruises comfortably, and has that great "Triumph" sound.  It starts right up when cold, tires are in good condition.  There are a couple of minor scratches on the top of the tank (as pictured), but in great shape beyond that.

Feel free to contact me with any additional questions.  I also have the Owners Handbook.

Located in Wilton, CT. Clean Title ready for sale and summer rides. This bike needs nothing except a new owner. Buyer responsible for shipping or pickup. I can assist as required.
Serious Buyers only.

Jeremy Toye Wins 92nd Running Of Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Mon, 30 Jun 2014

On his first attempt at the Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, road racer Jeremy Toye set a record in the premiere Open Class to win the category aboard a 2015 Kawasaki ZX-10R, celebrating the 30th year of the legendary Ninja brand. Prior to setting foot on the hill, Toye was confident he could get among the class leaders, aiming to beat the outright Pikes Peak motorcycle record, which was set by Carlin Dunne in 2012 with a time of 9:52.819. While that record remains intact, Toye was able to set a time of 9:58.687 to win the Open Class, finishing 6sec ahead of his closest rival, Fabrice Lambert aboard a Ducati.
