Suzuki dl650 abs description

This auction is for a 2012 Vstrom 650.  The bike is in excellent condition and has always been stored inside. The bike has been very well cared for and has never been ridden in the rain.  All accessories were installed by Van Walls in Perry by a certified motorcycle mechanic.
The bike runs perfectly and actually better than new because of the suspension upgrades. I tried to emulate the ride of the Bmw dual sports.

The bike has upgraded front springs and gold valve emulators and a rear Elka shock that is adjustable.  You can set the bike up to your style of riding.  The bike soaks up road bumps very well.  The bike does very well on road and off.
It also has Scott's steering stabilizer  everything was installed by the dealership.

The bike was set up for my height which is 6 foot.  But you can easily adjust the height.  It has soupys adjustable links in the rear and a custom saddle by Baldwin made in Kansas City MO.  The bike is very comfortable and the adjustable windscreen works amazingly well.
This bike feels and rides like a bike twice its price.

The tires are in great shape and are K60 scouts, a very nice 50/50 dual sport tire.

The bike has heated grips with the switch mounted on the dash.  Hand guards , Suzuki cowl, factory accessory socket, Suzuki crash guard, sw motech luggage mounting system, custom made ammo cans painted tan, emgo trunk with key, calsci windshield.  Mounting points for your phone and Gps

Front sprocket was changed in order to lower the highway rpms, which is very nice.

The bike is a dream to ride, you can set this up to be a true road bike, off road , or something in between.  The bike has a little over 6200 pampered miles.  It does have very minor scuffs on the ammo cans and a couple on the outside edge of the hand guards,  the rear tail fender which is plastic has a 5 inch area that is slightly lighter.  I can take any close ups you need or any videos.

The suspension upgrades alone make this bike better than any brand new Vstrom.

Cash only , I have a clear title , no riders without cash first.
Let me know if you have any questions.  Leave me an email with your phone number.

2013 AMA Supercross Houston Race Report

Mon, 08 Apr 2013

Ryan Villopoto captured his fifth-consecutive AMA Supercross win and sixth in seven rounds with a victory in the main event at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider passed holeshot-taker Mike Alessi on the opening lap and led the rest of the way for the win. Alessi, riding the Motoconcepts Racing Suzuki RM-Z450, remained in the hunt for the first few laps but soon gave way to a group including Team Honda Muscle Milk’s Trey Canard, Red Bull KTM‘s Ryan Dungey and Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart.
