Suzuki TC185 description

1975 SUZUKI TC185 ENDURO

This TC was just recently purchased at a dealer only car auction from another dealer. I have no history on the bike. The model is the 185 with the dual range gearbox hi/low. The bike is in excellent overall condition and from what I can tell and by its condition it is original unrestored with only 400 miles. It does come with a clean Pennsylvania title however because of the age it will read EXEMPT from mileage. The odometer reads 474 miles it is in working order. I cannot confirm these are the real miles but by condition and a working odometer has me believing it is correct. I have done nothing to the bike except detail it. The tank has a few small scratches and small dings nothing extreme. The seat does have a tear in the center. Most of the chrome is in excellent condition but does show some minor pitting. The overall patina is what you would expect from a 40 year old dirt bike with hardly any miles. The bike starts with both the electric start and kick starter(one kick). The oil injection system works. The dual gear also works and the bike goes through all gears properly. The odometer and tachometer both work. All the lights work as well as the horn. The only dummy light that does not is the neutral light. Someone has installed newer tires recently. Great bike if your adding or starting a collection also if your looking for a vintage scrambler to ride around. The bike has been on a short reliability run and the clutch, engine and gearbox all work as it should.

The engine number is TC18517144

Results From Day 2 Of World Superbike Testing At Phillip Island

Tue, 18 Feb 2014

World Superbike testing at Phillip Island came to a close today, and when the dust settled, reigning champion Tom Sykes stamped his authority, setting the fastest time of the test at 1:30.239, just five thousandths shy of the outright lap record held by Carlos Checa. The time was set during the morning session of testing, though nobody was able to best Sykes for the remainder of the day. Eugene Laverty, who was fastest on day one, showed his pace was no fluke as he stayed near the top of the time sheets, ultimately finishing second behind Sykes, with a best time of 1:30.513.

2014 AMA Supercross – Seattle Results

Mon, 14 Apr 2014

Ryan Villopoto won his fifth race of the season while James Stewart took second place to just barely remain in contention for the 2014 AMA Supercross title. Meanwhile it was a bitter-sweet podium for third-place finisher KTM‘s Ryan Dungey who was officially mathematically eliminated from title contention. Racing in his home town of Seattle, Wash., Villopoto led every lap en route to an easy win, his fifth of the season.

Suzuki Announces More Models Returning for 2013

Tue, 25 Sep 2012

Suzuki announced another wave of models returning for the 2013 model year. The 2013 Suzuki lineup includes the return of the Boulevard M90 and a rebadging of the Gladius, but perhaps the big news is what models have yet to be confirmed. We’ll have more on that later, but let’s look at the announced 2013 Suzuki lineup.
