I have a 2003 Suzuki SV1000S with 15k miles. This bike is in good condition, ready for many more miles of quality riding. SV1000S stands for (Street, V-Twin, 1000cc, Sport). This bike is a great beginner's bike, yet an excellent bike for an experienced rider. It won't leave you thinking I wish I bought a faster, more powerful bike. I have a Yoshimura single pipe with a power commander. This pipe, mixed with the power of the bike, and huge amount of torque gives it a Harley sound, but yet the power/speed of a sports bike. This bike goes O-60 2.9 seconds. I have replaced the taillight assembly with a clear LED taillight, the blinkers are intergrated in the lights. Same for the front, I replaced the blinkers with blue flush mount LED lights, and moved the blinkers to the front headlights. These modifications have given the bike a sleeker look. As for the wheels, I have Michelin Pilot tires that hug the road very well. Tue, 29 May 2012Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points.
