Suzuki RG500 race bike for sale. The engine needs a rebuild. Needs a few parts like silencers for the top pipes and a general look over. Upper pipes are modified stock units. Needs to have bodywork mounted, CDI, coils and power valve controller mounted properly. Comes with the stock rear wheel. Bike is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Shipping is NOT free. Eugene Laverty Talks Suzuki MotoGP Testing
Fri, 13 Jun 2014In this diary entry, Voltcom Crescent Suzuki’s Eugene Laverty reflects on a busy three weeks that saw him visit Suzuki HQ in Hamamatsu in Japan, test the Suzuki MotoGP machine in Okayama and Phillip Island; and then race to a podium position at the Sepang World Superbike round in Malaysia. The past few weeks have been one hell of an adventure. The trip started out in Donington for the British round of the World Superbike Championship and from there I travelled directly to Japan for my debut test on Suzuki’s MotoGP prototype.
2014 WSBK – Laguna Seca Results
Mon, 14 Jul 2014Marco Melandri rebounded from last week’s disappointing Portimao round to win Race One at Laguna Seca while Tom Sykes extended his championship lead with a win in a red-flagged Race Two. Melandri got taken out of the second Portimao race after his Aprilia teammate Sylvain Guintoli slid into his RSV4. Melandri looked eager to make up for that DNF, leading every lap of Race One on his way to his third win of the season.
Nissin ABS Modulator Recall Affects Honda CTX700, Suzuki Hayabusa, Kawasaki Ninja 250R and Possibly More
Wed, 17 Jul 2013Last week, we wrote about a recall in Canada for the ABS system on the 2014 Honda CTX700N and the CTX700T (known everywhere else as simply the CTX700), affecting 13 units north of the border. We can now confirm that the recall also affects U.S. models as well as models from other manufacturers using the same components from Nissin.
