For sale is my 1979 PE250. Moved to a new house and need room. Bike runs great and fast. All gears shift smoothly, brakes work as they should. Warm it up for a couple minutes (I always mix rich - easier to replace a plug than a piston) and it's ready to ride. Nothing like the power-band of a two stroke.
Great bike, every nut and bolt has been worked on, frame has been powder coated, new tires, handle bars, plastics, kill switch, carburator, etc.. Headlight (high/low) and tail light work, brake light disconnected. The swingarm and related parts were powder coated aluminum color, I thought it looked cool. Not showroom, small tear in right side of the (new) seat, hubs were not repainted, has a crack in the headlight dimmer switch, has one partial broken fin on rear of head, mile counter not available, used kickstand has been repaired and missing left side under tank holder (right side in place secures the tank fine), check out all in photo's. A lot more money went into this bike than I am asking for but, I have enjoyed restoring and riding the bike. Sold as is and I think the pictures show a full representation. GSX-R600 long-termer update
Mon, 18 Oct 2010When MF asks me if I fancy riding the Visordown test GSX-R 600 for a bit, I hesitate for about a millisecond before accepting. Why? ‘Cos my own courier’s favourite Diversion 900 may be heavy and utterly unexciting, but it is also a comfortable and trusty commuter ride that suits the Smoke very nicely, thanks.

Sam's clients include the likes of Honda, Dainese, Google, Polo Jeans and Edwin denim but Natural Habitats is a personal project that took one and a half years to complete. I got to meet Sam when the exhibition opened in Shoreditch on Thursday evening.

His latest triumph was a victory in the second Monster Energy Supersport race, making Dunlop just the third rider to ever record four wins in a single TT week. Like his win in the Royal London 360 Superstock race, Dunlop ran most of the race in second place before setting a blazing final lap time for a come-from-behind win.
