Hello,
Our 2003 Suzuki Intruder 800 VS motorcycle is up for auction. The bike is in good running condition and has a new battery. The bike has been reliable and starts every time. We have kept bike in garage while we have owned it. It has a clear Nevada title. Please note, we are not mechanics but will try to answer any questions. The bike was inspected at a bike shop last year and no issues were found at that time. Bike includes saddle bag, repair/maintenance guide, and tool kit. This bike will be sold AS IS and will be local pick up only. We will ask for an immediate deposit of $500 thru Paypal within 24 hours of auction close. The remainder in cash in person. Suzuki Confirms MotoGP Departure – Hope of 2014 Return
Fri, 18 Nov 2011As expected, Suzuki has officially announced its withdrawal from MotoGP racing, though the Japanese manufacturer says it plans to return to the world championship in 2014. Suzuki cites the recession, the value of the Japanese Yen and a series of natural disasters as reasons for suspending its MotoGP program for at least two years. Reports of Suzuki’s withdrawal began circulating earlier this week with some staff members reportedly receiving notice late last week, but signs of Suzuki’s impending withdrawal have been around for over a year.
2013 AIMExpo: Suzuki Unveils GW250
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Suzuki unveiled a new lightweight naked standard motorcycle at the 2013 American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo) – the GW250. Powered by a 248cc liquid cooled in-line twin-cylinder engine, the GW250 would seem an ideal choice for newcomers not interested in sportbikes like the Honda CBR250R and Kawasaki Ninja 300. Editor-in-Chief Kevin Duke had a chance to ride the newest Suzuki and will be providing a review in the coming days.
Suzuki to Join MotoGP Test at Catalunya
Tue, 26 Feb 2013Suzuki plans to take part in the mid-June MotoGP test at Spain’s Catalunya circuit. If all goes according to plan, the June 17 test, which follows the sixth round of the 2013 MotoGP season, will mark the first time a Suzuki MotoGP bike has shared the track with the prototypes from rival manufacturers Ducati, Honda and Yamaha since 2011. When Suzuki announced its withdrawal from MotoGP racing in 2011, the Japanese manufacturer said it planned to return for the 2014 season.
