I am reluctantly selling my 2008 Suzuki GSXR 1000. The only reason that I am selling is that I just do not have time to ride it, as you can see by the low miles. The bike has been serviced regularly, The spark plugs are brand new, only rode a few miles since installed, the rear tire only has a couple hundred miles on it, oil was changed at the same time as the rear tire. The bike rides like a charm, should not need any immediate maintenance. The bike has two minor modifications, a fender eliminator kit from GIXXRBOYS, the tag light is blue. And the Bike has a shorty exhaust, I think it sounds great with the shorty exhaust, but I will also include the factory exhaust with the bike (as seen in last picture). The bike does currently have a lien on it, so I will need a few weeks after purchase to get the title, but I am guaranteeing a CLEAN transferable Florida title. The GSX-S1000 Carbon Edition is available in black, blue, and red, with some elements finished in yellow fluorescent paint. The bike is fitted with body-coloured Brembo monoblock calipers, as well as carbon crankcase covers and fender liner.

Suzuki to Join MotoGP Test at Catalunya
Tue, 26 Feb 2013Suzuki plans to take part in the mid-June MotoGP test at Spain’s Catalunya circuit. If all goes according to plan, the June 17 test, which follows the sixth round of the 2013 MotoGP season, will mark the first time a Suzuki MotoGP bike has shared the track with the prototypes from rival manufacturers Ducati, Honda and Yamaha since 2011. When Suzuki announced its withdrawal from MotoGP racing in 2011, the Japanese manufacturer said it planned to return for the 2014 season.
