Suzuki GSX-R description

2002 Suzuki gsxr 600! very sharp! Yoshi pipe, power commander, bike has been lowered a few inches. When i got the bike it had a clean title, unfortunately a tree hit the bike during a storm and had some cosmetic damage, Windshield has 2 cracks, mirrors have some scratches, and the right fairing has a scratch. The back shell has a crack that is small. I drive the bike daily as i didn't even have to repair anything. The bike is inspected prior to the damage. I will have to put that there was damage when i sign over the title, making it a salvage bike. Mechanically the bike runs awesome, it originally has around 24k miles but the cluster stopped working to i put in a different one that reads 37k+ miles. Bike has no problem starting up, the tires are good on it! after the tree falling i had the bike realigned just incase

If you are from around the area, message me if you would like to come take a look!

Must pick up in person!

Maybe the Evo class is the future for WSB?

Thu, 05 May 2011

Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.

Motorcycles at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show

Mon, 28 Sep 2009

Two weeks ago, I took a break from my regular duties gathering news for Motorcycle.com to fly to Germany to cover the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show for our sister site AutoGuide.com. For two hectic days, AutoGuide editor Colum Wood and I scrambled across the massive 6.2 million square foot Messe Frankfurt trade fair compound, running from press conference to press conference to get the latest on exotic sport cars, futuristic concept models and international unveilings from the automotive world. It was heaven for car lovers, but for me, it meant fighting my way through hordes of photogs, auto-journalists and car show models to get the first photos of four-wheeled goodies from MINI, Ferrari and Lotus.
