Suzuki GS tech info
Suzuki GS description
Quick, Powerful and yet still Beautiful. Full dressed but easily dressed down. Ready for a long haul. Sturdy hitch and wired for a trailer. Pod filters (have original intake box if you want it). On/Off petcock so you don't have to worry about vacuum issues. Brand new Duralast Sport battery. Beefed up charging system. Newer tires. Fresh oil/filter change. This is a turn key bike. Get on it and ride. Baffles have been removed from the exhaust. Not as loud as you'd think, but sounds mean. Carburetors have been synchronized and adjusted for the exhaust system. Must be a little carbon on a valve as it will puff only at initial start up and after it sits a while. (Just want to tell you as it is unlike some others who sell) Should clear up with some fuel cleaner. Clean title in my name. (The side shot was taken while the chain guard was off. There is a close up showing the condition of chain/sprocket. You will see the chain guard in that photograph)

Suzuki Pushes MotoGP Return Back to 2015
Mon, 17 Jun 2013The good news is Suzuki revealed the first official images of its new MotoGP prototype racer. The bad news is the Japanese manufacturer announced it is delaying its MotoGP return for another year, now targeting a comeback for the 2015 season. When Suzuki first announced its withdrawal from the MotoGP championship in 2011, the plan was to return for the 2014 season.
Suzuki Reports Q3 2013-2014 Sales Results
Fri, 07 Feb 2014Suzuki reported a 13.1% decrease in motorcycle sales volume over the first three quarters of its 2013-2014 fiscal year, but still managed a 17.8% increase in net sales from its motorcycle division. That may seem like a paradox, but the results can be explained by a more favorable exchange rate for the Japanese yen and by looking closer at where those sales decreases took place. The yen has turned around significantly over the last year and a half, vastly improving how foreign sales affect Suzuki’s bottom line.
